Guess the Blogger Pose: Foreign Territory

Saturday I posted a sneak peek to a Guess the Blogger pose installment that would run this week. This week turned into today and now, we travel across the pond. So many of you suggested Karla of Karla's Closet in the comments because of the juxtaposition of the photo and while emulating her immaculate style would have guaranteed copious amounts of fun, I've already done it, that's how the aforementioned is guaranteed, you see. It was back in August to be exact. Peep it here, especially because it involves a snorkel and mainland. Today though, we do something a little different.

socks: Hue, shoes: Christian Louboutin ...Like wear red shoes with bright socks.

 And rest our wildly over-sized vintage Pucci frames atop equally over-sized motoclutches.

sweater: Rebecca Taylor, blouse: D&G, pants: Proenza Schouler x J Brand, bag: Reece Hudson ...We let our FUPAS get the best of us in order to wear super duper high waist jeans that are paint splashed.

And...

 

Woah now! Betcha didn't see this one coming, eh? Eh?

We top our knots headache inducing high and in turn look like aliens. It is fantastic. We are so blogger chic. Are you a man? Do your eyes burn? Is my fupa inducing discomfort onto your fupa?

While this game of guess who has been boatloads of fun, it's time to answer the age old question: who am I emulating? And would I actually go outside looking like this?

Here she is! The answer was Denni Elias of Chic Muse. 

I've wanted to emulate her for a while now. I've been reading her blog for a long time. She's adorable and while this photo suggests otherwise, she regularly stands for everything man repelling does not while still doing her part to remain fashion forward and chic. This is of course, wildly intriguing to the likes of my turban clad self. She also hangs out in Versailles on the regular which makes her an immediate winner in the lookbook of my international life.

Speaking of winners now, it must be answered...
