The benefits of physical activity instead of the rest of history counteract chronic back pain? Yes and it's a new scientific study that confirms it.
The researchers grouped under the command of Dr. Kell (University of Alberta), and have studied the cases of 240 patients’ sufferingfrom chronic back pain. They were separated into four distinct groups.
The first three groups have strictly followed a program of muscle strengthening (equipment, weights, floor and relaxed) for two, three or four days a week when the last group would observe a complete rest.
Several reviews have been observed at regular intervals. The ultimate test, after more than three months of training, showed that patients on the program of strength training most intensive enjoyed a drop of nearly 30% of back pain and over 35% of the inability to play sports.
The decrease in the intensity of back pain decreased percentages for the other groups. The result was almost zero for patients looking for rest. Conclusion? Are you spending to lower your threshold of pain back!
