Purple is a colour that can either look great or garish so it's important to get it right. Purple was a hot colour on the catwalks of New York Fashion Week with Carolina Herrera and Oscar de la Renta creating some masterful pieces in this gorgeous hue. More often than not it's best to opt for bits and pieces in purple rather than go the whole hog. Purple flowers can make a table look truly beautiful and teamed with purple bridesmaids dresses and pewter accessories it's a look worthy of a royal celebration.
