White slate

It seems I'm quite taken with white at the moment, I think it's the simplicity of it and the fact that it's so versatile, it's almost like starting with a blank slate, you can go anywhere from there...

And of course what would a wedding gown be without white? The gorgeous dresses featured in this post are all by Amanda Wakeley, amazing designs and beautifully styled too.

And of course stylist, Atlanta Bartlett is well known for her book, At home with white, a beautiful ode to white interiors, full of inspiration...

I love this living room below with it's wooden ceiling beams, pebble mat and relaxed banquette style seating...

Textures and details are definite musts to liven up plain whites...

And doesn't this bedroom look so inviting and cosy? Clean and simple...
