I hope you all had a great weekend and are ready for the week ahead. This week I have something a little different lined up, next week we'll be back to normal though! So the plan for this week is to share a little bit of Russia with you!
Why Russia, you ask, have I even been there? No... but a good friend of mine, Bronwyn, recently got back from an inspiring trip there and her photos were just amazing! Everything is so different to here, the architecture, the culture, the fashion, the people, I thought you'd enjoy doing a little armchair travel with me.

First up, some more rustic images, I absolutely love the ornate woodwork...
I love this house, it looks like it's comes straight out of a fairytale, and the kitten, too cute!
How sweet is this cottage? So picturesque...
And Bronwyn's tip of the day is, "If I could give one pice of advice to anyone travelling to Russia, it would be to learn the basics of the language. You'll find people more forthcoming if you've made an effort to learn to speak their language, and you'll miss out on a lot if you don't understand any Russian."
Finally just a few traditional, typical Russian souvenirs, I've always wanted a set of nesting dolls!
